Datawrapper – Interactive Charting

Datawrapper is an open source tool helping anyone to create simple, correct and embeddable charts in minutes.

The first beta version was created by Mirko Lorenz and Nicolas Kayser-Bril in February 2012. In May I joined the project and did a complete re-design and re-implementation.

Most importantly we dropped Highcharts, which was the charting library used in the beta, and developed our very own charts, based on RaphaelJS and d3.js.
